How To Calm Your Mind Through Meditation

This month, we are going back to some fundamental meditation basics; why it is the cornerstone to accessing the gateway through to the greater reality and how being able to cultivate stillness will change your life! It can be challenging to be able to control the fluctuations in the mind. This is not surprising as we are so inundated with everything and anything these days in our modern world making it very difficult to just switch off and unplug. The great news is that ‘All it takes is 5 minutes’!
