How to practice mindfulness in everyday life

Hello :) The way the nervous system works is that when in flight mode, pain is more prevalent... by practicing presence through focusing on the breath, over time it will take you away from the pain and return you back to love through relaxation and spaciousness. Like everything it’s a practice 💕
